Dr. Bautista brings over 30 years of medical experience, including nearly 20 years in family practice. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Philippine Union College and his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Far Eastern University, both in the Philippines. He later completed his PhD in Biochemistry at Loma Linda University in California.

Chelsea graduated from Illinois Valley Community College in Oglesby, Illinois, with an Associate in Science. She continued her education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Methodist College of Nursing in Peoria, Illinois. Chelsea further pursued her commitment to earning an advanced degree in Nursing, and graduated from the University of St. Francis College of Nursing with a Master’s of Science - Family Nurse Practitioner.
