How many times have you tried trend diets, paid for high prices “weight loss” drinks and turned to the internet for advice? Why not invest in a professional? IMH is now offering packages for one on one sessions with a Registered Dietitian! Packages include personalized meal plans, nutrition analysis, recipe and product recommendations and more! 

One Month Introduction 

Want to get a feel for what one on one sessions with a registered dietitian are like and aren’t ready to fully commit to a package? No problem! Learn what working with a Registered Dietitian is like and kick start your health routine. 

Includes: Food record nutrition analysis, one 1-hour assessment and goal setting session, one 30-minute follow up appointment & two 15-minute check-ins (either by phone, email or in-person) 

Three Month Behavior Change 

Already committed to making a life-style change? This is a great option for you! Have you experienced ups and downs in the past on your journey to lose weight or struggled maintaining a healthy lifestyle? A Registered Dietitian will be there every step on the way to guide and coach you through. Over six months you will learn how to make changes and we will learn what works best for YOU. 

Food record nutrition analysis, one 1-hour assessment and goal setting session, four 30-minute follow up appointments & 15-minute bi-weekly check-ins (either by phone, email or in-person) over the three month period, and meal plan.

Maintenance Packages 

These packages are designed to save existing clients money on additional sessions that wish to continue on their health journey. Follow-up visits are generally 30 minutes long. 

5 Follow-up Sessions: (must be used within 6 months from date of first visit) 

10 Follow-up sessions: (must be used within 12 months from date of first visit) 

Meal Plan Package 

The Registered Dietitian will analyze your food record and design a month long or two week meal plan based on your needs and goals. This includes an initial session and meal plan, no follow-ups.
