Who Are We
ICAHN is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, established in 2003 for the purposes of sharing resources, education, promoting operational efficiencies, and improving health care services
for member critical access hospitals and their rural communities.
ICAHN, with 52 member hospitals, is an independent network governed by a nine-member board of directors, with standing and project development committees facilitating the overall activities
of the network. ICAHN continually strives to strengthen the capacity and viability of its members and rural health providers. Iroquois Memorial Hospital is a member of the Illinois Critical
Access Hospital Network.
