Iroquois Memorial Hospital and Resident Home ("IMH") recognizes that there are occasions when a patient will not be able to pay a medical bill.
Iroquois Memorial's charity care program provides discounts (up to 100 percent of hospital charges) for medically necessary services to patients who meet financial eligibility guidelines.
A key provision of charity care requires the cooperation of the patient in providing health insurance information, applying for available government programs, completing an Iroquois Memorial
Hospital charity care application, and providing any requested supporting documentation.
This plan allows you to pay your hospital account balance in three equal monthly installments without interest. You will receive three monthly statements showing the amount due each month as well as the total balance which can be paid in full at any time within the 3-month term.
