Dr. Bautista brings over 30 years of medical experience, including nearly 20 years in family practice. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Philippine Union College and his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Far Eastern University, both in the Philippines. He later completed his PhD in Biochemistry at Loma Linda University in California.

Susan Hanson is a professional Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in the clinic, convenient care, and long-term care environments. She provides a patient-centered approach, focused on helping those with simple needs to those with complex medical and psychological needs. Susan has a special interest in working with the diabetic patient.

Connie has been providing quality healthcare for over 25 years. She received her Bachelorof Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Illinois State University.
Connie is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with diverse healthcare experience in rural family practice, addiction care, women’s health, and care for patients from newborns to older adults. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, has served on several healthcare committees, and has been involved in various professional organizations.
